At Midwest Consulting Group we use a wide variety of assessments, instruments, or tools to help our clients
- Figure out where they are now; what is the current situation in the organization or with the specific team or individual,
- Examine the makeup of the team, their characteristics, strengths, blind spots, challenges and triumphs,
- Gain clarity about current and likely future needs, particularly with respect to their leadership team, managers and supervisors, and likely succession planning needs
We make extensive use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI,) 360-degree feedback assessments such as the Management-Leadership Practices Inventory and the Professional Communications Inventory, and other individual and team assessments.
